Publisher / Developer gaming content guidelines

 

These guidelines (“Guidelines”) are intended for individuals who wish to publish content related to our game. By publishing content, you agree to these Guidelines and undertake to comply with them.

 

1. Right to publish

Subject to compliance with these Guidelines, you are authorized to:
•     Create, distribute, and monetize gameplay videos via platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.
•     Use only officially published content or content from promotional materials (e.g., trailers).
You are not authorized to:
•     State or imply that your content is officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the studio without written permission.
•     Separately publish sound effects from the game outside of their normal context.

 

2. Intellectual Property

The studio owns or is licensed for all intellectual property rights related to the game. You may not sell videos, music, or images created from the game, nor use protected elements belonging to third parties without their permission.
Some sound effects may be under external license: their use may result in automatic reports or deletions on certain platforms.
By publishing content, you grant us irrevocable and perpetual permission to reference, share, or incorporate that content in our communications.

 

3. Content Standards

Your content must:
•     Be accurate (for facts) and truthful (for opinions).
•     Comply with local, national, and international laws.
Your content must not:
•     Be illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
•     Promote violence, piracy, or illegal activities.
•     Contain racist, sexist, homophobic, or insulting language.
•     Give the impression that it is published by the studio if this is not the case.
•     Contain advertising or links to unauthorized third-party services.


4. In case of non-compliance

The studio reserves the right to request the removal of any non-compliant content. In case of violation:
•     Your right to publish content may be suspended or withdrawn.
•     Legal action may be taken to cover the costs associated with the violation.
•     Information may be forwarded to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
